Locked Up Abroad by David Kunkle

Riveting and controversial down to the author's bare bones. The story tells the raw details of a youth's life, full of greed, drugs and carelessness. After being caught with 110 pounds of hashish, the author was punished in a country riddled with corrupt public officials. Escape wasn't likely but he tried anyway. Very interesting story for someone looking for a nonfiction novel for their book club or debate at the dinner table.
